Jacqueline and Zach invited their closest people for a beautiful intimate ceremony at the iconic site on Sprague Lake.

There are few places in the United States as breathtaking for a wedding as Rocky Mountain National Park. With snow-capped peaks, alpine lakes, wildflower meadows, and dramatic skies, this Colorado gem offers a stunning natural backdrop for couples seeking a meaningful and scenic ceremony.

RMNP has 13 designated ceremony permit locations, and each site has a strict maximum guest count (often between 10–30 people). Some of the most popular ceremony spots in the park are Sprague Lake, Bear Lake, Lily Lake and Moraine Park Amphitheater. If you’re dreaming of an intimate celebration surrounded by nature rather than a large traditional venue, this location is perfect.

While each ceremony location has its benefits, Sprague Lake might be my favorite spot of the bunch! Check out the gallery below to get an idea of what your RMNP elopement or intimate wedding could look like.
